Mobile Device Installation, Configuration, and Support

Details: Both iOS and Android operating systems are supported. HIT supports a number of apps for connectivity to Health System IT, such as email, VPN, and Epic. Service is provided for both personal and shared devices. HIT does not support wireless carriers and mobile device hardware --- please contact your service provider as needed for these issues.
